These Terms apply to your use of baidllc.com, calls to our phone numbers (including our demo line), and text messages sent by BAID LLC ("BAID," "we," "us"). By using our website, calling us, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
About BAID
BAID LLC is an AI agency based in Johns Creek, Georgia. We set up AI receptionists and missed-call text-back for local service businesses, starting with landscaping and lawn care companies in metro Atlanta.
Our demo line
- Our demo line () is answered by an AI receptionist playing a sample landscaping company. It's there so you can hear how our service works.
- Anything the demo receptionist says about services, prices or scheduling is only an example. It isn't an offer, and no real work will be scheduled.
- Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Please don't share sensitive personal information.
- If you'd rather talk to a person, say so and it will take a message for our team.
SMS messaging terms
- Program name: BAID Text Messages.
- What you'll receive: text messages from BAID LLC about requests you've made. These include replies to demo requests and questions, demo scheduling and reminders, and links you ask for, such as our booking page. If you agree during a call to our demo line, you'll also get a text confirming the request you made in the demo.
- How you opt in:
- On our website: by checking the optional text message box on our demo request form at baidllc.com/#contact. The box is unchecked by default, and you can send the form without checking it.
- On a call to our demo line: by saying yes when our AI receptionist asks:
"Would you like me to text you a copy of your request? You'll get a text from BAID. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."
- By texting us first: if you text our number, we'll reply to your message.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies based on your requests.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- For help, reply HELP or email [email protected] or call .
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Businesses that use BAID's services text their own customers under their own business name and their own terms. Those programs are separate from BAID Text Messages.
Use of our website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. All content on this site, including the BAID name and logo, belongs to BAID LLC.
Disclaimer
Our website, demo line and messages are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, BAID LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
