This Privacy Policy explains how BAID LLC ("BAID," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit baidllc.com, fill out our forms, call or text our phone numbers (including our demo line), or receive text messages from us.
Information we collect
- Contact information you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you write in our forms.
- Consent records. If you agree to receive text messages, we record the date and time, the wording you agreed to, the page you were on, and your IP address and browser, so we can show we have your permission.
- Call information. When you call our phone numbers, including our demo line, we receive your phone number and the time and length of the call. Calls may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed.
- Messaging information, including your mobile number, your opt-in and opt-out choices, and the content and timing of messages sent and received.
- Publicly available business information, such as a business's name, website, listed phone number and email, and details from its public website or online listings. We use this to research businesses and contact them about services that may help them.
- Basic website data, such as browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your requests, schedule demos and provide support.
- To call or email businesses about our services, using publicly available business information. You can ask us to stop at any time and we'll add you to our do-not-contact list.
- To send text messages you've agreed to receive.
- To run our demo line and show how our service works.
- To provide, operate and improve our services, including by reviewing call recordings and transcripts.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Text messages (SMS) and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- We text only people who have opted in: on our website form, by saying yes when asked on a call to our demo line, or by texting us first. We don't text numbers gathered from public sources unless that person has opted in.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Calls and AI
Our phone numbers, including our demo line, may be answered by an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond to you and improve our service.
Our demo line answers as a sample landscaping company to show how our service works. Please don't share sensitive personal information on it.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our phone and text messaging provider, AI voice and language providers, customer relationship management (CRM) software, email and website hosting, and only as needed to provide our services. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, as described above.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We keep records of text message consent and opt-outs for as long as needed to honor your choices and show compliance.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us.
- Ask us to stop calling or emailing you, and we'll add you to our do-not-contact list.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us below.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
